Exfoliate and shave 24 hours before to achieve a perfect finish. Moisturize joints such as elbows, wrists, knees and ankles before applying the self-tanner. Shake well, like mixing a cocktail. Stand on an old towel or towel to prevent the soles of your feet from turning brown! Spray lightly and evenly in a continuous sweeping motion, keeping the spray 15-30cm from body and face.
