The Swiss-o-Par brand is part of the Rufin Cosmetic concern in Hanover. Founded in 1960 by Otto Rumpfkeil. Initially, the company focused on hair care products for the professional sector, but in the 1980s the Swiss-o-Par brand was also introduced in German department stores.
